We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead organizational change initiatives by defining requirements, recommending solutions, and managing project activities while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance project delivery and support process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS :
- Manage project elements including business case development, requirements elicitation, analysis, communication, testing, and training.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of strategic and support plans.
- Oversee request for proposal (RFP) activities, delivering functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria, and scoring results.
- Lead the collection and delivery of requirements, business / use cases, documentation, and test plans, including management and approval processes.
- Support process improvement initiatives by creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of business analysis experience. Preference of seven years of experience overseeing medium-to-large complex projects with increasing responsibilities.
- Three years of project management experience in small-to-medium initiatives preferred and three years of experience in a healthcare, research, or academic-related environment preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines and intermediate knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and change management principles.
