We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Solutions Manager with excellent analytical, relationship management, and communication skills.
He / she will join SS&C Advent Solutions Management group within the Partnerships team. Solutions Management at SS&C Advent is responsible for overall market strategy for SS&C Advent products and evaluating new markets and business opportunities.
This role will be responsible for growing and developing strategic partnerships and initiatives in the wealth market. A qualified candidate must have the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while innovating, collaborating, and executing with a sense of urgency.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Identify and develop new strategic partnerships in the Wealth Market.
- Manage and be responsible for ongoing success of existing partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across internal teams including sales, product, service, marketing, and legal.
- Define program KPIs and communicate program success with executive level stakeholders.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and drive the success of those initiatives across the organization.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnership contracts and commercials.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop partnership and integration marketing activities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing 3rd party partners.
What You Will Bring :
- 7-10 years of experience in wealth management either on the financial technology side, at an insurance carrier or within a wealth management business
- 3-5 years of strategy, product management, consulting, or technology experience desired
- Experience using insights and strategic thinking to build business cases that influence stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction to achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with and influence executive level stakeholders.
- Superior solutions-orientation and decision-making skills.
- Strong organization and project management skills highly organized and task-oriented.
- MUST HAVE a proven track record of exceptional ambition, drive, and proven results.
- Working knowledge of wealth management front, middle and back-office workflow and operations highly desired
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in finance or engineering-related fields.
