About the team
As a part of the TikTok UED Monetization Product team, you will work with the Insights and Guidance portion of advertiser and revenue tools.
You will work with a growing and effective team on improving our advertisers understanding of our tools and platorms and delivering them actionable insights when and where they need them.
We want to ease and inspire clients to achieve their goals, explore more possibilities and create values with TikTok. Being part of teammember here, you will be able to utilize qualitative / quantitative studies to collect user feedback, create a deep understanding and empathy for our customers, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet the business needs. In this role you will :
- Have an analytical mindset mixed with product design eye to help deliver the right insights to advertisers in the right places in their workflow.
- Able to understand deep and complex multi-user and multi-role productivity workflows and understand when and where they can be improved.
- A strong voice in a multi-partner ecosystem to help guide PM, Engineers, and Research into more effective solutions.
- Care deeply about clear information architecture to make data and information clearer and and more effective.
- Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to your team's engineers
- Help make high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team
- Contribute your design thinking skills to other areas of the platform (Research, Marketing, product education, customer success,
Minimum QualificationsExperience with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, multiple roles and tricky edge cases
- Experience working on tooling for ads, monetization, or feed-based products
- Proven ability to empathize with and build solutions for users
- History of working successfully with PM, Engineering, Research, and other stakeholders to ship high quality products
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision while maintaining a keen eye for visual UI details
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision
- Love to discuss design in group settings; participate in design critiques and reviews Preferred Qualifications : * Minimum 5 years of experience in product design settings.
- Experienced or interested in data visualization
- Able to navigate ambiguous problems to arrive at a clear product design direction
- History launching 0-1 products
- Enjoy solving hard problems and building strong resilience
