Manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Supervise and train floor staff, including servers, bussers, and host staff, to uphold service standards in line with Castell’s hospitality ethos.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing the guest experience through attentive service and effective problem resolution.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate efficient service, ensuring timely food and drink delivery and seamless table turnover.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, working closely with the back-of-house team to maintain readiness for service and special events.
- Implement effective seating, shift, and floor management strategies to optimize table turns and improve the overall dining flow.
- Analyze daily revenue and operations reports to identify improvement areas and coordinate with upper management on staff scheduling and adjustments.
- Close shifts efficiently, ensuring all closing tasks, reconciliations, and end-of-day reports are completed accurately and ready for the next day.
Note : Seeking candidates available for 3 -4 shifts per week to start, with the potential for more shifts and advancement as part of Castell's dedicated team.
