The Bi-Lingual Dealer Experience Specialist position is responsible for providing an exceptional and engaging user experience to our auction partners, dealer partners, and internal team members.

Your primary responsibilities support the success of our dealer partners by functioning as a go-between for the accurate and timely coordination of our floorplan loans.

The ideal candidate for this role has a winning attitude, outstanding listening skills, is fluent in speaking and writing Spanish, and phenomenal communication skills, both verbally and written.

Also, you understand that your role is a key component to the partner experience we are building at Kinetic Advantage. Through management support, the Dealer Experience Specialist II will work to achieve goals that contribute to the success of Kinetic Advantage and the Dealer Experience team.

Requirements :

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Receive and process inbound phone calls from dealers and handle in a timely manner
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetic Advantage policies, processes, and procedures relative to assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Apply experience and lessons-learned to create or modify work methods related to floorplan advances & overall partner experience
  • Function as a resource for questions and guidance to assist in the completion of daily tasks and workflows
  • Provide feedback to management regarding workflow output and performance metrics
  • Act as the department subject matter expert for various projects, presentations, and other tasks
  • Provide time for the Manager / Director to perform other tasks such as project work, strategic planning, and vendor management
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years related experience in either the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry or with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Ability to earn trust and build relationships over the phone and effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals, both verbally and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills including the ability to ask probing questions to deeply understand the needs of our dealer partners
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, work efficiently, and prioritize
  • Professional maturity to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and discretion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and, at times, stressful environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish required

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, and move about an office environment
  • Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
