Falcon Manufacturing is a custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components.

Falcon provides economical manufacturing to large volume clients through our highly trained staff, advanced manufacturing technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.

Falcon is seeking a Paint Line Department Supervisor , reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Daily scheduling of Paint Line while coordinating with other departments
• Participate in daily production meetings
• Start burn off oven, wash system, & paint line every morning
• Manage paint line including monitoring finished parts, scheduling of color changes, & monorail system
• Supervise and direct work with paint line employees to best develop and effectively use their potential
• Direct overall paint line operation & performance to meet company standards for safety, quality, & quantity
• Maintenance of monorail system and parts washer
• Backup for Powder Coaters and batch booth paintings
• Train others as needed

Requirements :

• 5+ years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of washer systems, powder booths, & scheduling
• Experience with powder coating equipment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical prints
• Experience in supervisory role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to solve a problem
• Must be able to use a respirator
• Good visual acuity
• Must be able to work in standing position for 8 hours a day
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more
• Must be able to work in a factory environment including exposure to powder dust, hot / cold temperature

Bonus Point :

• Experience in metal shop production
• Experience in paint powder purchasing & colors matching

Job Type :

Full-time, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays. Shift starts at 6 : 00 am

Must be able to work extended hours as needed
