Responsibilities :
- Boost daily productivity and performance.
- Groom and nurture our service providers.
- Nail daily projects and customer interactions.
- Keep tabs on inventory, equipment, and other assets.
- Suggest new products / services to our accounts.
- Spread the sales spirit.
- Embrace safety, security, and our company's awesome values.
Position Objectives :
- Master efficient scheduling for top-notch service coverage.
- Rock project budgets and meet our business goals.
- Ensure we're ready for upcoming projects with supplies and labor.
- Tackle program risks and keep the branch team in the loop.
- Be a safety guru, guide equipment use, and champion safe practices.
- Keep our work in check for compliance and customer smiles.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience :
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent managerial experience.
- Get ready for local adventures (70% fieldwork, no overnights).
- Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Top-notch customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Work ethically and independently.
- Spot opportunities and figure out what our customers need.
- Rock leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
