Veterinary Practice Manager wanted in Phoenix AZ with an independently owned, multi-doctor practice. We are looking at those with at least 3 years management experience and those that are emotionally mature.

We offer small animal general preventive care plus Hospice Care, Laser Therapy, Pain Management, Ultrasound, dental care, and more .

Qualifications
A minimum of three years veterinary management experience.
A super friendly and fun demeanor - this team works hard but has fun doing it!
Dependability - as part of a small team, you are counted on to help things run smoothly
The desire to not only use the skills you already have but learn new or improved techniques
A love for fast-paced days that keep you on your toes
The ability to anticipate needs and the initiative to act accordingly
Core Responsibilities
The skills you worked hard to gain will be appreciated and utilized fully at our practice! We will count on you to :
Deliver excellent patient nursing care
Collect history of your patient
Provide superior client service using great communication skills both verbal and written
Hours & Availability
Full-time opening would consist of 35-40 hours per week though we are open to those interested in part time. We are open 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday and 7am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Balancing your professional goals with your personal time is easier when you work with us with a full day off during the week! We are open to flexible scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting pay range for this position will be between $16 and $25.00 per hour, depending upon your level of experience.
