Job Description :
The Plant Manager has the responsibility for the overall operation of the plant with operational responsibility for achievement of schedule, cost, yield, productivity, and quality targets.
The Plant Manager has the authority to make decisions for the manufacturing operations including all activities associated with receiving, warehousing, shipping, inventory control, maintenance, engineering, environmental, and safety.
The successful individual will initiate and deliver manufacturing solutions that continuously improve processes to make our client more competitive and to increase higher levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Duties :
Responsible for daily factory operations including production, machining, testing, building, and equipment maintenance. Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of production, scheduling, and material utilization to ensure high quality products.
Qualifications :
8+ years concrete precast manufacturing operations
3 + years of management experience
Ability to motivate and lead people to become a high performing work group
Engineering degree (Civil or Structural) preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
Good planning skills.
Good knowledge of computers Excel, Word, Project
Experience with continuous improvement processes a plus
