Job Description : As an Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC Field Service Technician , you will be responsible for performing on-site maintenance , repairs , and installs for both residential and commercial clients .
You will use your skills to identify problems , make repairs, and ensure that systems run smoothly and safely . This position requires a combination of technical expertise , problem-solving abilities , and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities : Perform planned maintenance , inspections , and repairs on electrical , plumbing , and HVAC systems .
Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems efficiently and accurately. Install , repair , and replace electrical components , plumbing fittings , and HVAC systems as required.
Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations when working on-site. Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, make recommendations, and resolve any issues.
Keep accurate records of service calls, work completed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of customers.
Stay updated on industry developments , innovations , and best practices to enhance job performance. Requirements : Valid and current Electrical , Plumbing , and HVAC licenses in the state(s) of operation.
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or a related role, ideally in the electrical , plumbing , or HVAC industries .
Strong technical knowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical , plumbing , and HVAC systems . Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a focus on providing outstanding customer service . Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within the designated service region. Physical ability to handle and move heavy equipment, working in various environments.
