Berman & Simmons, P.A seeks an Associate Attorney to work as part of a team with lead Trial Attorneys, performing research, analysis, writing, and other work on personal injury, sex abuse survivor, and medical malpractice cases.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the intellectual aspects of tort law and trial practice and excels in working as part of a team to represent plaintiffs.
Applicants should have excellent academic credentials and strong research and writing skills. We would prefer to hire someone with experience as a practicing attorney for this position.

The attorney hired for this position will work with one or more lead Trial Attorneys. The work will include client contact, research, writing, written discovery, and preparation for mediations, hearings, and trials.
For attorneys with the aptitude and interest, they will have the opportunity to take and defend depositions, work with expert witnesses, and participate in court proceedings.
