In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

We are looking for an Integrated C4ISR Technical Director who will collaborate to identify and cultivate novel integrated solutions to address our customer’s emerging mission challenges.

Our customers increasingly need cross-cutting solutions that integrate capabilities across our Product Lines, Business Areas, and Sectors to address their needs at pace.

As an Integrated C4ISR Technical Director you will :

  • Support the Product Line and Business Area Technical Directors to identify and cultivate novel integrated solutions
  • Engage with customers to understand their emerging needs and iterate technology solutions across our business to meet them
  • Collaborate across the business to realize growth opportunities and cultivate novel cross-cutting technologies
  • Lead the development of early stage technical white papers and briefings to communicate internally and externally
  • Provide technical leadership to key cross-cutting capture campaigns and R&D programs
  • Capture relevant Intellectual Property (IP) for the business
  • Work with our technology solutions organization, FAST Labs, to pursue R&D priorities and facilitate technology transitions to the Business.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience or the equivalent.
  • Experience collaborating with customers to develop technology solutions to address their missions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business boundaries to maximize enterprise synergy, leverage, and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate a technical vision to customers, business leadership, and team-members
  • Experience with all aspects of the new business capture process
  • Strong understanding of C4ISR missions, technologies, and customers
  • At least, an Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience developing product and / or technology roadmaps to capture future technology needs
  • Experience with research and development programs and technology transition

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $164000 - $278800

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
