Role Overview :
The Territory Manager will primarily focus on new business development, though they will also manage some existing accounts.

Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of industry experience in commercial paving.
- Demonstrates the ability to independently generate leads and build a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Serves as a key liaison between the superintendent and the client, ensuring successful project execution.
- Experience with municipal projects, such as schools, is a plus.
- Candidates focusing on highways will not be a good fit for this role.
Territory :
The primary territory is the Bay Area, with a focus on a 50-mile radius around Fremont, CA, including San Jose and San Francisco.
