Qualifications
- 12+ years of executive recruiting experience ideally from having spent time in both executive search firms and corporate executive recruiting functions.
- Proven experience leading and developing a high performing executive talent acquisition team in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence successfully and achieve goals by partnering across a matrix of business leaders, HR partners, HR Centers of Excellence, as well as external partners.
- Proven track record of hiring best-in-class diverse technical leaders.
- Demonstrated experience and comfort partnering with and influencing senior executives.
- Deep knowledge of the external technical talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability.
- High business acumen & strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner.
- Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene.
- Possess an understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a high-growth technology firm is viewed as a strong plus.
- Track record of a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with strategies and outcomes to support that commitment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Leaders, HRBPs, and TA Partners to understand talent gaps relative to current and future talent needs for executive-level roles and build diverse and inclusive, internal, and external recruitment strategies to deliver top executive talent.
- Participate in all aspects of executive-level recruitment including networking, assessment and offer negotiation.
- Build and cultivate a robust, diverse, pipeline of top-tier technical candidates and prospects at all stages of readiness, experience, and capability.
- Create, plan, and deliver unique candidate engagement opportunities, including executive meeting opportunities, networking, and small forums.
- Stay at the forefront of executive industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights and market intelligence as appropriate.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on recruitment activities and progress for key stakeholders.
- Set the strategic vision for the team, leading with clarity and driving results across the tech ecosystem. Build and foster a culture of excellence using your deep executive recruiting subject matter expertise, strong business acumen, and a focus on innovation and scalable solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, using good judgment and data to make the right call on priorities and resources.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $190,000 - 257,000, Southern California $178,000 - 241,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
