SERVICENOW DEVELOPER - REMOTE

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a ServiceNow Developer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in San Diego, CA .

Responsibilities : Provide day-to-day support for the ServiceNow platform, including incident troubleshooting and resolution.

Perform basic form and workflow development to maintain and enhance platform functionality. Assist with regular updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the platform.

Collaborate with the internal team to understand requirements and deliver basic configurations and customizations as needed.

Document changes and maintain up-to-date records of development activities. Required Skills : Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on platform administration, incident resolution, and basic development tasks.

Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Request Management, and basic Workflow Development.

Ability to perform basic script writing and form configuration in the ServiceNow platform. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills : Previous experience in a contract or consulting role, supporting ServiceNow environments.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles. SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
