You are :

Release Train Engineer

Works with Product / Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.

Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains.

The first aligns teams focused on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query.

The second aligns teams focused on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within GMA

Here's what you need :

• Minimum of 8 years of relative experience
• Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)
• Facilitating Agile Release Train events and processes, including communicating with stakeholders, escalating progress impediments, managing risk, and driving improvement
• Ability to guide and facilitate SAFe Principles.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

$103,200-$213,600 USD
