Adecco has partnered with our multi-billion dollar NON-MANUFACTURING client in the Metro Detroit Area who is looking for a Maintenance Manager.
The person will be responsible for the technical and professional leadership of the Maintenance department. Ensure maintainability and reliability of equipment and building.
They will ensure that service level targets are met or exceeded, as well as providing rapid response to urgent requests.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree
- CMMS Proficiency
- Prior P&L Responsibility - developing and managing budgets
- Large Capital Projects - developing, submitting, and managing
- Maintenance Excellence Processes
- HVAC, Refrigeration (Ammonia and Freon), Automation, Environmental Compliance, Storm Water Management, Material Handling Equipment, Plumbing, Electrical, and Microsoft Applications
