Business Unit Job Title : Field Service Coordinator

We help our customers enhance their digital transformation by supplying state-of-the-art data and analytics insights for their products and processes.
As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for Field Service order management to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site.
Communicate with customers for timely updates and processing, interface with the service managers in case of issues escalation.
As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for :
- Handling order booking processes following detailed guidelines for creation.
- Managing the scheduling of Work Orders for field services working closely with Service Manager.
- Managing acceptance of e-mails and telephone calls for service inquiries and spare parts processing with internal and external customers and channel partners.
- Managing material availability and coordination of the fastest possible delivery date with the responsible departments (planning, shipping, warehouse),
- Coordinating service visits for technicians at customer site
- Creating and tracking of offers for service requests and their spare parts in SAP
- Maintaining documentation, data integrity and task / case management in Salesforce / ServiceMax
To be successful in this role you will :
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least years of experience in Services).
- Have experience in SAP and Salesforce / ServiceMax preferred
- Display great ability to speak and write language in English
- Critical thinking and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
Possess relevant professional experience in dealing with national and international customers
Work Schedule : M-F (remote position)
Background Verification : basic
