Position Summary

The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with wholesale clients including mortgage brokers and real estate professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales strategy to achieve the established goals in the assigned territory.
  • Manage a database of contacts for weekly email campaigns.
  • Market OneTrust's products and programs to the mortgage and real estate community.
  • Establish new relationships and sustain existing ones with licensed mortgage brokers.
  • Educate and guide brokers through the loan submission process including training on loan submissions and fulfillment.
  • Set clear expectations and provide understanding of the entire loan process including submissions, underwriting, locks, closing and funding.
  • Provide continuous service support to mortgage brokers.
  • Assist in resolving customer questions, issues, objections and educate customers about the escalation process.
  • Serve as a liaison between brokers and the operations team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the operations team to ensure desired production outcomes and ensure proper customer service is delivered.

Education and Experience :

  • Sales and business development experience preferred.
  • 3+ years mortgage experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
  • High level of professional integrity while maintaining a positive, helpful, and constructive attitude within work relationships.
  • High level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic and changing environment .
