We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time escrow officer to oversee all aspects of Real Estate closings.

Compensation : $22 - $28 hourly
$22 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the issuance of title policies with title examiner
- Assemble and deliver closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lenders
- Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts
- Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts
- Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative tasks such as reporting
Qualifications :
- Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with real estate closing : residential sales, refinance, commercial sales, REO and short sale escrow
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred high school diploma required
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must
- Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software
