Misipasta is a new concept from Chef Missy Robbins of the acclaimed restaurants, Lilia and Misi.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prep assigned station mise en place.
- During service, efficiently receive and fulfill ticket orders from the Chef / Expeditor.
- Execute assigned station dishes to meet standards of Chef. Includes grilling, saute, pasta-cooking and vegetable-focused preparations.
- Maintain an organized and clean station in accordance with Department of Health and kitchen standards.
- Prepare family meal.
- Breaking down and cleaning your stations at the end of service.
- Assist with training new team members.
