Vice President of Sales
Our rapidly growing manufacturing client seeks a Vice President of Sales to join their on-site team in the Willamette Valley.
This position plays an integral part in leading the ongoing success of the organization. The ideal candidate brings an extensive background in food manufacturing, is a highly motivated strategic leader, and confident in their ability to develop strategies to drive sales.
Vice President of Sales Responsibilities
- Develop executive sales strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Supervise and coach a team of direct reports.
- Partner internally with various teams, including Operations, Production, and Research & Development (R&D).
- Oversee contracts and negotiations.
- Reach out to customers to boost business growth and profitability.
- Keep up-to-date with FMCG industry regulations and laws, including GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and packaging and labeling regulations.
Vice President of Sales Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading sales in a food manufacturing environment is required.
- 10+ years in executive sales leadership, business development, and sales planning.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and business partnering skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen with excellent creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Salary (DOE) : $200k-$225k base + commission + bonus
