Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage scheduling of customer events, ensuring coordination between customer requests and instructor availabilityCollaborate with account managers and school districts to confirm and manage event schedulesImplement and manage a scheduling software system to enhance operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or scheduling with a focus on customer serviceBachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Excel, and relevant data analysis toolsExperience implementing or managing scheduling software is highly preferredStrong organizational skills with a proven ability to coordinate complex schedules and processes
