Python Tech Lead(Description)

• Design develop and maintain robustand scalable systems using Java and Python.
• Hands on experience with design patterns andmicroservices architecture
• Previousdemonstrable experience in micro servicesbased application designand solutioning
• Demonstrable experience withserverside languages frameworks libraries like Spring Boot andJava
• Strong background in unit testing and / orAPI testing
• Experience with Automationtechnologies such as Cloud Formation Terraform
• Solid handson experience with AWS technologies such asEC2 ECS LAMBDA and Fargate
• Experience withdeployments CI / CD Cloud Formation Terraform
• Experience collaborating in a team environment to developdeploy and support key applications and features.
• Review code written by other developers on the team andprovide feedback. You would also be responsible for mentoring andcoaching less experienced developers.
• Managedatabases design and optimize schemas and ensure the smooth runningof the data storage system.
• Systemintegration : experience in integrating various systems and APIs tocreate a cohesive backend architecture.
• Testand debug backend code to ensure it is robust anderrorfree.
• Optimize the performance of backendsystems to ensure they run efficiently and respond quickly to userrequests.
• Ensure that backend systems aresecure and protected against potential vulnerabilities andattacks.
• Create and maintain documentationrelated to the backend systems including technical specificationsuser manuals and API documentation.
• Stay up todate with the latest trends and technologies in backend developmentand explore new approaches and techniques that could benefit theteams work.
• Evaluateand recommend new tools and technologies to improve the teamsefficiency and productivity.
• Experienceincrementally rolling out new features components or refactorswithout blocking the rest of the team and iterating upon andmaintaining live products.
• Excellentcommunication skills : you can articulate clearly thoroughly andconcisely to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• A proven understanding of Agile software developmentmethodologies
• Appreciation for and alignmentto standard methodologies regarding objectoriented design codingstandards DevSecOps RESTful service development and integrationcommon design patterns secure application development test coverageetc.
• Bachelorsdegree in computer science or equivalent field of study and / or 12years hands on development experience
• Robustcritical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth to learnand engage with peers in technical and designdiscussions.
• Proven experience communicatingtechnical needs and capabilities to non technical team membersproduct owners and partners.
• Analysis designdevelopment unit testing and execution to strict codingstandards
• Very strong Java / J2EE and Pythonexperience
• Solid background in Spring BootFramework
• Demonstrable experience with AmazonWeb Services (AWS) and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledgeof Pythons threading constraints and multiprocessarchitecture.
• Solid database skills in arelational database (i.e. PostgresSQL MySQL etc.)
• AWS certification
• Ability to quicklylearn and analyze complex Systems and workindependently.
• Excellent technical andcommunication skills
• Ability to create andmaintain documentation wherever necessary.
• Should be innovative and work as collaborator with Scrumteam.
• Take point on supporting deployments andreleases.
