Job summary :

As ID1 process integration engineer, you are responsible for being a module owner to transfer, develop, maintain, and improve the process health, cost of DRAM nodes which are introduces from TD or other HVM fab to ID1 fab including module health, yield ramp, cost reduction and quality improvement to production level.

Responsibility :

  • Establish and improve process condition and technology.
  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
  • Establish and modify process management projects.
  • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
  • Evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment / materials.
  • Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirement :

PhD / Masters / bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field of experience.
