Service Advisor Earning Potential :
- Main Line Service Advisor : 5+ years of exp. pay range $70-$100K per year*
- Service Advisor : 1-2 years of exp. pay range $40-70K per year*
- Pay range vary depending on experience, productivity and sales performance
Technician Earning Potential :
- Experienced A & B techs pay range : $22-40 flat rate hour
- Experienced C & D techs pay range : $17-20 flat rate hour
- Pay rates vary depending on experience and qualifications
- No cap on hours for self-motivated technicians : never a shortage of work, flag all you want. Plenty of carry over to the next day sometimes 3.
Average hours 125 per two weeks w / high performers in the 200-hour range.
Service Porter Earning Potential :
Starting Pay : $16-19 per Hour
About Boise Ford’s New Commercial Fleet Service Center :
- 10 Bays : 9 main-line and 1 quick-lube. Parts Runners for active jobs to deliver parts and Porters to help move vehicles in and out of bays.
- State of the art shop equipment, all Ford specialty tools. Heated shop . Excellent lighting.
- Professional & FUN work environment (techs who support each other). Fast-paced but easy-going work environment, family friendly environment.
