Job Overview
Plant Controller, Start-up
$M global company is building a state of the art manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC and is urgently seeking a financial thought leader to establish and build out the finance function.
In this role you will serve as the "right hand" to the Plant Manager as they prepare to open the operation and go-live mid-.
In building out the operation and the team, your responsibilities will include a healthy mix of financial accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, financial controls, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, systems, processes, personnel issues and a variety of projects.
Requirements
All candidates must have recent financial leadership experience in manufacturing, with a title similar to Plant Controller or Cost Accounting Manager.
Additional qualifications include :
- CPA preferred
- Experience with SAP, alternatively with Oracle or Peoplesoft, ideally including a successful implementation
- versatility, you will "wear a variety of hats" in this position
- Public accounting experience is also a plus
