Social Media Coordinator

We are a leading consumer tech company at the forefront of innovation, and we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our social media performance, improving digital reputation, and fostering meaningful connections within relevant communities.
THE ROLE
- Create and schedule social posts
- Execute social media calendar across all B2C channels including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Write copy for post captions in alignment with brand voice
- Create designs for post images, both independently and coordinating with the design team as necessary
- Ensure that posts are created, approved, and scheduled on time and in a timely manner
- Engage With Communities
- Identify and engage with communities, influencers, forums, and partners relevant to our consumer verticals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored content and engagement strategies for different community segments
- Measure and Improve Online Reputation
- Monitor and analyze our digital online reputation across various channels.
- Identify trends, sentiment, and conversations related to our brand and industry
- Develop actionable insights and plans to enhance our online reputation and mitigate potential risks
- Coordinate with Ad and Sales Team
- Align social media calendar with the social needs of the Advertising and Sales team.
- Create and schedule welcome posts for new partners as well as advertiser posts that meet the needs of relevant partners
YOU HAVE
- Proven experience in activating users on social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Courage to do what is right for the business, in the context of social media
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
