Our client, a medium size, prestigious center city Philadelphia financial services related company is in need of a top-gun senior accountant due to their growth and excellent reputation in the marketplace.

Senior Accountant
Philadelphia
$35-37 / hour + 1.5 OT
hybrid schdule, 3 days onsite
possible contract to hire (70-75K range if / when converts to permanent)
Duties
Assist with month end close
Prepare month end journal entries, accruals and GL analysis
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain proper cash balance in GL
Assist with specialized financial services regulatory reporting to agencies as required
Provide audit support and documentation as necessary
Provide assistance with accounting and accruals for AP and AR as needed
Required :
3+ years of relevant experience
Bachelors Degree
Strong skills in ERP systems and Excel
