Position Overview :

The Plant Accountant is a pivotal finance role within the manufacturing sector, dedicated to overseeing and managing the financial operations and strategies of a manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with the production, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure a cohesive understanding of financial and operational data.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
