Job Title : Electronics Technician

Job Description

Complete product repairs, refurbishments, and upgrades on customer equipment such as time clocks. This will include the use of high-end test gear and component-level troubleshooting techniques.

Handle the completion of incoming support calls from resellers and customers via telephone, e-mail, and other incoming media;

this will include the issuance and processing of service RMA orders. Testing and results documentation of internal and external (customer) equipment, software, and firmware

Hours of position will be 7 : 15am to 4pm with a 45-minute unpaid lunch.

Hard Skills

• Electronics experience is a must have
• Certification in electronics or computer science
