Job Title : Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for establishing a Quality Control System by developing and defining a network of procedures and documentation for every step in the manufacturing processes.
- Participate directly and coordinate with other functions in the development, submission, maintenance, review, and archiving of controlled documents related to product specification and quality of the finished product.
- Participate in new product development and design process from inception to implementation and develop metrics to measure and monitor results.
Manage certifications, audits / inspections, labels / literature, and formulation / ingredients.
- Basic training of staff to ensure the compliance of established processes and procedures in line with cGMP, regulatory compliances, and quality standards.
- Responsible for compliance of all the standards and specifications of product quality related regulations. Define internal procedures based on regulatory guidelines.
- Responsible for making decisions where a raw material, label, product, or a procedure is questionable to meet high quality standards.
- Responsible for resolving all internal and customer complaint related quality issues, which includes training of other associates.
- Responsible for monitoring & ensuring the follow-up and completion of all Corrective / Preventive Action requests within the time frame.
- Coordinate regular audits of facilities, records, and procedures.
- Monitor, maintain and update all QA / QC records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Quality Manual, GMP & HACCP guidelines.
