Position : Corporate Controller
Location : Orlando area, 100% on-site
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus, full benefits, great PTO, and 401K
Our client is a fast growing, mid-sized public accounting firm with close to 50 employees who has been serving over 4,000 small businesses throughout Florida and the United States.
Due to double digit, year over year growth, they are looking for a talented Controller to work with the CEO and be responsible for GAAP financial reporting, and manage their financial department.
This position will allow you to generate a great bonus potential on top of a competitive base salary. This is a fully onsite position

Responsibilities :
- In this role, you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for GAAP financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, managing our financial department, accounts receivables, and internal key performance indicator tracking
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist our external clients with controller services, leveraging our expertise as an accounting firm
Requirements :
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- 5+ years of tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least 4-5 years of work experience as a Controller
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and controller services
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks, Bill.com and MS Office
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools preferred
