What You’ll Do : Lead Daily Operations : Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow within the pharmacy. Ensure Compliance : Oversee adherence to regulatory standards, including IV admixture services and drug diversion prevention.
Drive Innovation : Manage pharmacy automation and spearhead process improvements. Policy Development : Create and refine policies to align with industry best practices.
Team Leadership : Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Collaborate Across Departments : Participate in committees and contribute to hospital-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For : Education : Doctorate in Pharmacy or equivalent experience. Experience : 1-2 years in a similar role.
Licensure : PA Pharmacist License is required. Skills : Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
