Your Role as Sales Opener :
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, including smoke shops and distributors
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Executive team
Build rapport and gather information to assess customer needs
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM systems like Salesforce
Support the sales team by coordinating follow-ups and customer communication
Provide excellent customer service and answer initial product inquiries

Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
Some experience or interest in sales, ideally in a high-growth environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone
A proactive, goal-oriented approach to sales
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus, but not required
A self-motivated, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
