Job Functions :
A Customer Service & Technical Support Analyst's primary role is to provide technical support and assistance to customers with their computer and basic software issues.
Effective communication with customers is crucial, fulfilling their service requests, resolving incidents, and keeping them informed of progress until completion.
You will assist customers via telephone, chat, email, and other channels. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with supervisors and other departments to facilitate prompt escalation and rapid incident resolution.
You will be a strong customer advocate, ensuring they receive service that is SMART, FRIENDLY, & EFFICIENT to meet their needs.
Job Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal skills, such as experience providing support over the phone, through chat & email, including written & verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and professional customer service.
- Ability to understand PC systems and most common software applications.
- Technical aptitude to understand customers' needs & technical issues.
- A customer service focus with a drive to find solutions.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred :
Experience supporting customers via telephone, chat, & email.
Education & Certifications :
Having IT education and certifications is desired but not required.
