The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time, onsite, Logistics Specialist position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by verifying that each payroll payment and shipping method is accurate before being released.

• Prints checks and direct deposits in print queue throughout the day.
• Matches checks and direct deposits to shipping tickets.
• Runs checks and direct deposits through the proper machine and places them in bin waiting on client’s packages.
• Verifies paychecks and direct deposits registers match the count on shipping ticket.
• Creates payroll delivery envelopes for clients based on the shipping ticket and charge on the invoice.
• Matches check with the correct delivery envelope and delivers to package area.
• Coordinates and processes E-Verify for clients.
• Performs new employee data maintenance.
• Assists the Payroll and Logistics departments with entering new hires, direct deposit changes, scanning and indexing.
• Reviews application packets to ensure they are completed correctly prior to entering into the system.
• Verifies all I9 Forms are entered in iSynergy, emails processor and copy manager for clarification if they do not match, and verifies all CA CCPA notices are scanned into iSynergy.
• Notifies processors if the information is incomplete or incorrect on any form.
• Assists with packaging client packages throughout the day, ensuring accuracy.
• Performs ink quality checks, troubleshoots, and calibrates equipment / machines as needed.
• Monitors scans of all payroll documents and assists with the scanning of all Time Worked on a quarterly basis.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include having one (1) year of shipping or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and clerical skills is needed.
