Entertainment & PR Director (model)
This individual should be passionate, highly detail-oriented and organized, able to seamlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously, and foster a highly collaborative, ultra-high end professional luxury environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to all aspects of their work, excels at balancing
detailed tasks with high-level strategic planning and possess superior communication
skills written, verbal, and visual.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, and optimize the private equity office and its related entities, including accounting, financial planning and budgeting
- Review Pitch Decks, Proposals, & Financial decks.
- Ensure compliance across multiple entities, including PE non-profit foundation, and develop internal policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with the foundation of new ventures and manage state and local tax incentives and abatements for new companies.
- Manage the entertainment of Bank and Finance clients - existing and potential
- Overseeing client relationships
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including proficiency in LBO and other return models.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to details
- Additional language skills preferred, but not required
