Responsibilities : Lead and manage the production team, including supervisors, operators, and support staff, to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the manufacturing facility.

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production targets and customer demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

Optimize production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the production facility. Collaborate with the engineering and quality control teams to address production issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain a clean and organized production environment and ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained. Qualifications : Military veteran with proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience in production management, with a track record of meeting production targets and driving process improvements.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.

Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing concepts. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

Proficient in using productivity software and ERP systems to manage production operations. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of production.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
