Medical Lab Technologist - Full-Time Night Shift

Job Description :
- Perform and analyze a wide range of laboratory tests on biological samples.
- Accurately assess and report test results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control and precision.
- Work closely with medical professionals to deliver timely and reliable test outcomes.
- Follow strict safety protocols and laboratory procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Record and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Education + Certification Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification required.
- State licensure as a Medical Lab Technologist in Ohio.
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical lab setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
