Overview
Our client is committed to democratizing data and AI to tackle some of the world's most challenging problems. In this role, you will work closely with the Principal Content Marketing Manager to optimize social media and content marketing processes, collaborating with marketing teams and other departments to manage blog and social media requests, coordinate launches, and maintain high operational efficiency within the Brand Content team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate across teams to streamline workflows for daily social media and blog content requests, as well as major projects and announcements.
Oversee blog and content marketing editorial calendars, ensuring all information is accurate and partnering with Web and Creative teams for content publication.
Manage marketing projects from start to finish, including communicating timelines and milestones to stakeholders and ensuring project completion within SLAs.
Develop comprehensive project plans, covering task scheduling, timelines, and necessary resources for social media campaigns and announcements.
Ensure social media posts are reviewed and uploaded into the client's Employee Social Media Advocacy platform.
Qualifications
7+ years of project management experience within marketing teams, with strong attention to detail and collaborative skills.
Exceptional communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring SLAs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
Proven track record as a proactive team player with a solutions-focused approach to new projects.
Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Google Sheets.
Bonus : Previous experience in social media management or familiarity with design tools like Canva.
