Role : Lead Product Engineer

Duration : 12 months Contract with possible extension

Location : Mossville IL

Summary

This team works on the applications for the steering software. Lead the Product development for new Electrohydraulic Steering Control.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join Electrohydraulic Steering Control. This role will be instrumental in the development and introduction of new products that leverage advanced electrohydraulic systems to enhance our machines' steering capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of these new products, from conception through to market introduction.

Daily responsibilities :

• Lead the product development process for new electrohydraulic steering control systems, from initial concept through to product launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee the creation of technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for new products.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that timelines and budgetary constraints are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Top three required technical skills :

1. Engineering Degree - does not need to be a Masters BS will be fine

2. 4 years of experience in Product Development in Automotive, Industrial where they have experience working on electrical components

3 Strong understanding of electrohydraulic systems and their application in heavy machinery.

Compensation :

This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $60- $65 / hr.
