Project SystemMatter Expert focused on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 BenefitsAdministration. Experience implementing Qualified Savings Plans andsupporting processes.
Experience converting general payrolldeductions to a benefits administration plan type. Experience withthird party integrations and interface processes.
Ability to workdirectly with PeopleSoft developers to achieve functional designobjectives. Assist with testing and validation of plan dataconversion.
Familiarity and understanding of Secure 2.0 Act and itsimpacts to and setup of retirement savings plans.
Working knowledge of various PeopleSoft HCM modulesincluding Core HR Workforce Administration North American PayrollTime & Labor is also desired.
Cloud experience is a plus.
Assesses research analyses and documentsstakeholder needs selecting appropriate information gatheringand / or Modeling techniques to solve problems.
Recommends businesssolutions that satisfy stakeholder needs continually exploring andassessing options for valueadd for clients.
Ensures successfulcompletion of project objectives on time and as per Projectmethodology. Develops appropriate documentation and assists withend user training for assigned projects.
Ability to provideknowledge transfer and training documentation. Strong communicationand written skills are required.
