- 2-4 years experience

Technical Skills (Required)
- Hydraulics experience 1 year minimum
- CAD software experience (preferably CREO) solid works
- Print Reading
- Manufacturing experience
Mechanical Experience Desired :
3+ years hydraulics experience
Soft Skills (Required)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Good organizational and time management skills

Typical task breakdown :
- Participate in receiving and tracking of multiple projects assigned by engineering team leader
- Design, detailing, research, supplier collaboration, cost analysis for hydraulics projects assigned to the individual
- Participate in team collaboration meetings
Interaction with team :
Daily interaction, highly collaborative. Individual will work closely with team members and engineer lead to identify workload priorities, changes in work requirements, updates to standards, and customer needs
