OVERVIEW OF THE AP / AR SPECIALIST ROLE :
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely for payment.
- Ensure proper approval, coding, and documentation for all payments.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue account.
- The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist will prepare and deposit daily cash receipts.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP / AR SPECIALIST :
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
Salary $41,600 - $52,000 depending on experience
