As a Registered Nurse (RN) and LPN, youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and residents while building close relationships with them and their families.
You'll care for individuals with diverse and complex medical conditions, allowing you to expand your expertise and grow your skills in various areas of healthcare.
Position Highlights of the Registered Nurse / LPN
- Conduct nursing assessments and work alongside the healthcare team, patients, and their families to craft tailored care plans.
- Set practical, measurable goals for both short- and long-term patient care, adjusting interventions as needed to prevent rehospitalizations, and continually assess outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments following physician instructions.
- Assign care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure all interventions are carried out effectively.
- Share vital patient updates with the team and facilitate smooth communication across shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification is required.
