SUMMARY :

Reporting to the VP of Sales this position compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Invoicing and reconciliation of all OEM tooling and samples
  • Monthly reporting responsibilities including price accruals, tool amortization values, ship history, raw material, and open monies
  • Customer contract processing; track discrepancies
  • Provide support for HAM finance team
  • Job Management Administrator for all tooling, sample, launch, industrialization, capital and miscellaneous orders
  • Monthly Sales Forecast (volume updates and monthly part price changes)
  • Tooling Invoice Report / Schedule
  • Program Financial updates
  • Parts listing updates
  • Budget, Sales Coordination, & Strategic Plan forecasts
  • Receive in invoices for BSS (Auburn Hills)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business; 8-10 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive accounting experience preferred.

Must possess basic math capability and have ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS :

Advanced ability in using & creating Microsoft Excel spreadsheet applications is required. Must be familiar with internet research, Microsoft Office software, and the use of e-mail.

REASONING ABILITY :

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
