Location : Remote in CA
We are collaborating with a top-tier law firm specializing in complex litigation, including insurance coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and general liability.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance coverage matters, policy interpretation, and litigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice on complex insurance coverage issues.
- Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims in both state and federal courts.
- Conduct detailed research and draft legal opinions, coverage letters, briefs, motions, and other documents.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for risk management and resolution of coverage disputes.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the California Bar.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and policy analysis.
Salary Range : $150k - $200k + Bonus
