Trainer Sales Associate Job Description :
This is a part time position. The TSA will work 15 -25 hours a week and work every Saturday (hours of operation below)
Duties :
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized studio
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements : -
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
Staffed Hours of Operation :
- Monday-Thursday 11 : 00am-8 : 00pm
- Fridays 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm
- Saturdays 11 : 00am-4 : 00pm
Ability to commute / relocate :
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Have a valid drivers license & operable vehicle (Required)
Education :
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience :
Customer service or Sales Experience : 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability :
Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts
Work Location : In person onsite at studio location
