Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain data quality frameworks and metrics.
- Develop ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and transformation.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Utilize Databricks for data processing and quality checks.
- Write efficient Python scripts for automated data quality checks and reporting.
- Monitor data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Conduct data profiling and root cause analysis for data quality issues.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data quality standards and processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Quality Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Databricks, Python, ETL, SQL, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
